Live Man Walking

I found a book on Amazon.com that I wanted to share. I had never heard of the book, and to be honest, I purchased it from the title alone (Live Man Walking; 50 Commandments You Might Not Be Following). The book was an incredibly easy read but to be honest, I haven’t put it down all weekend. After very briefly taking me through the concepts of commandments and grace, the author dives right into listing 50 commandments from the New Testament. It has really made me question my own behavior. I mean, I have called myself a Christian for years and am even open about it in my practice, but by reading these versus and thinking about them as behavioral guidelines for my life, I realize that I am not doing enough. This book was truly the shot in the arm that I needed to put my faith into perspective. I always knew that faith without works was meaningless, but I fooled myself into believing I was doing enough. I truly believe that your readers would love the book.

Sincerely,
Dr. Mark
