The Ezekiel Option by Joel C Rosenberg

I just finished reading an excellent book by Joel C Rosenberg called The Ezekiel Option.

The main story line is a coup in Russia sets that country toward a war with Israel and involvement of the U.S. government. The major locations are Washington D.C. Moscow, and Israel in a Tom Clancy meets the Left Behind series type of plot. The former head of the Mossad, who is now a Christian, writes a brief based on the premise that “the Scriptures are coming alive.” The novel details events in the Middle East alongside prophetic scripture and weaves a story that is hard to put down and interesting at every twist.
